As I've blogged about my love for the hit 90's show and even adorned a Halloween costume that mimicked the costume on the opening scenes for The Fresh of Bel-Air I'll look forward to reading "Will" when it comes out later this year.
Will Smith says that he's "World-class at only a couple of things" Every hour that Will is not focusing on those things he is doing a disservice to himself and the world. If you are world-class at something you should be focusing on that and if you are building a business and can afford to hire the world-class employees then build a team off of that and you have a recipe for success.
