The real estate market here in South Florida has been on a tear and as a developer we are seeing the fruits of our construction projects years later. With 12 new single family homes and townhouses that we've been developing, building, and selling it's nice to see how we continue to improve local neighborhoods and build aesthetically pleasing homes. With low interest rates and lack of supply we expect the Broward County and Fort Lauderdale real estate market to stay steady and while we work on additional credit lines we look forward to rolling out additional projects over the next 60 months.
